Homemade Cranberry Wine
2 gallons of Ocean Spray grape juice
8 cups white sugar
Yeast (I used beer yeast but 1 packet of bread yeast should be fine)
In a container that will hold about 2.5 gallons or more:
Dissolve sugar in hot water.
Add sugar and juice to container.
Add yeast.
Cover the container with plastic wrap.
Poke a few small holes in the plastic to allow gas to escape.
Wait 5 weeks.
Note: There will be a substantial amount of gunk at the bottom of the original container that you don’t want to disturb if you can help it.
Transfer the wine into gallon jugs with loose fitting tops and enjoy.
