Barbecued Cranberry Chicken
2 (3 to 3-1/2 lb)
broiler- fryers, quartered
Salt and pepper
1 Chicken-flavored bouillon cube
1/2 c boiling water
16 oz Can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 c Chili sauce
1 small Lemon's juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Instant minced onion
1 tsp Dry mustard
Sprinkle chicken on all sides with salt and pepper.
Dissolve bouillon cube in water; combine next six ingredients in container of electric blender, and process until mixture is smooth.
Grill chicken over hot coals 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. Brush chicken with sauce; grill 30 additional minutes, brushing with sauce every 10 minutes. Serve with remaining sauce. Yield: 8 servings.
