Burgundy Berry Glazed Ham

 

Ingredients:

1 10-12lb smoked ham
Whole cloves
3 cups sugar
4 teaspoon dry mustard

 

1 cup water
4 cups cranberries
1 cup burgundy wine

Directions:

1. Score ham fat into diamonds; press cloves into each diamond. Bake ham at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, mustard, and water; stir until smooth.
3. Add remaining ingredients and cook at a boil until the cranberries pop, about 10 minutes.
4. Remove ham from oven and spread with glaze. Return to the oven for another 30 minutes. Slice and serve glaze spooned over each serving or in a dish to pass.
