Pasta Machine Cranberry Pasta
1-1/4 cups durum semolina flour
1 egg
1 Tbs. cranberry juice concentrate
Prepare dough according to your machine's directions. To cook, add slowly to a large pot of boiling water. Cook 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until al dente.
